Jen’s positivity allows her to inspire and uplift those around her, making them feel included and motivated. Her communication skills enable her to convey ideas effectively, whether it’s in networking, sales, marketing or events. As an activator, Jen has the unique ability to turn ideas into action quickly, which is critical for executing plans successfully. Jen has been in external development, event management and revenue generation for over 15 years and loves to ask questions.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Jen finds joy in her role as a wife to Aaron White and a mother to their two sons, Kingston and Maximus. Her love for outdoor activities, particularly road and mountain biking, reflects her appreciation for the natural beauty of the mountains and the company of loved ones.
Jen contracts and consults with the NCAA, ESPN Events, the Maverik Center and University of Utah Rice-Eccles Stadium & Huntsman Center. As an event consultant, she handles marketing, sponsorship sales and event management for major collegiate sporting events including the NCAA Women’s Gymnastics National Championship. Jen has served as External Meet Director for over 19 collegiate gymnastics teams to orchestrate flawless execution of high-profile NCAA meets earning her the nickname “Gymnastics Jen”.
Jen spent 13 years in the University of Utah Athletics Department. As Director of Marketing for Utah Athletics, Jen managed and developed strategic marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns for all 17 Division I varsity sports within the University of Utah Athletics Department including all external relations from, game atmosphere, ticket sales, creative content, fundraising, and capital projects to revenue generation. Jen was the driving force behind Utah’s record-setting football and gymnastics attendance and revenue strategies. Jen achieved and maintained a six-year sellout of Utah Football, generating over $10 million annually in ticket revenues and $2 million in sponsorships. She successfully doubled Men’s Basketball season ticket holder base, resulting in a revenue increase to $2 million from the previous year. She elevated gymnastics from a non-revenue sport to a robust revenue-generating entity, achieving an annual revenue surpassing $800,000, ranking as the third-largest revenue generator behind football and men’s basketball.
Jen also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry handling strategic partnerships and revenue generation for the PharmEase Group. As a pharmaceutical sales rep, Jen engaged in multiple medical industry segments, building brand awareness, B2B inside and outside sales, generating leads, converting prospects, and increasing revenue while developing products to meet demand. In her first year, Jen’s strategic efforts doubled the product portfolio, doubled yearly earnings, increased the customer base by 400% and expanded reach nationally.
Jen has a bachelor’s degree from Weber State University and a master’s degree from the University of Georgia where she spent time working in the SEC handling corporate sponsorship sales for Georgia Sports Properties.
